In 2021,focusing on the dual circulation strategy and Shanghai's foreign economic growth,the Trade and Investment Promotion Department fully acts as a bridge for connecting businesses while adhering to pandemic prevention and control policies.Through working with relevant governmental agencies,it plays an active part in Shanghai's construction of the Belt Road Initiative,including information sharing,business activity organization,project matchmaking,overseas liaison,and economic topics research.Undertaking the function of the Service Platform for Comprehensive Utilization of FTAs and ODI Promotion Center,it actively promotes RCEP policies and holds training sessions for enterprises.Our services,through online and offline channels,bridge the distances between enterprises, governmental agencies,embassies/consulates,and representative offices of foreign trade institutions,indicating the role of representing the interests of business community.
